By purchasing goods from mdss.ie you are placing an order with Michael Doherty School Supplies Ltd. All orders are processed within 1 working day of arrival and are usually shipped within 2 working days. Please check you order immediately. There is a 10 working day period from the arrival date of your order to inform us of any problems with your order i.e. Items missing, incorrect quantities sent etc., After the 10 working days we are not obliged to rectify any problems. 2. DELIVERY
Deliveries are only made within the Republic of Ireland and all orders are delivered by post or, in most cases, by courier. We presume that delivery can be made any time between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday to the address supplied in the checkout. Orders are usually despacthed within 2 working days of the arrival of the order. If an order is placed and some items are out of stock then the remaining items will be delivered at a later date when they become available. There is a maximum delivery charge of €8.00 on all orders and any orders equal to or over €50 are delivered free of charge.
3. RETURNS & REFUNDS
We have a 'no quibble' return and refund policy here at mdss.ie. We will exchange or refund any item as long as it is returned in mint condition and there are no markings on the item being returned. We must be notified within 10 working days of receipt of an order to have an item exchanged or refunded. All costs in returning items will be incurred by the customer. If an item being exchaned or refunded is damamged or marked in any way it may be subject to a fee and will be exchanged or refunded at a discounted price. 4. PAYMENT/SECURITY
We provide a secure online payment environment by using AIB's and Realex Payments' credit/debit card processing technologies. With the latest SSL security technologies your payment details are only entered under secure conditions. Before you provide your details you will be forwarded to a secure online server to make your payment. We accept Visa, Master Card and Laser card payments.
5. PRICING
All prices for goods on this web site are inclusive of V.A.T. at 23%. Michael Doherty School Supplies Ltd. reserves the right to change the price of any item presented on this web site at any stage without the need for any prior notice.
